Constantinus Magnus
In celebration of Constantine's birthday, February 27, 273, Cigar Sigs proudly issues this third stick pin, a replica of a real Roman Constantine coin. Constantine is remembered in Sigma Chi's heritage as the first Roman Emperor to convert to Christianity and before the battle of the Milvian bridge in 312, he saw the sign of the cross over the sun in the sky with an inscription below it “En Toutoi Nika,” it’s meaning translates from Greek to Latin as “In Hoc Signo Vinces," “In This Sign, You Shall Conquer," a motto that every Sig knows!
A stick pin is a cigar accessory, widely used by experienced aficionados who enjoy each part of the cigar, including the last third. Using a stick pin helps to smoke it with comfort and keep its shape until the end. Considering that the nub is arguably one of the best parts to enjoy, a stick pin is a vital tool for any cigar enthusiast.
It is also used as cigar poker. Every so often, cigar smokers encounter tightly rolled cigar (tight draw). Use the stick pin to poke a hole or two through your cut area to space out the tightly rolled tobacco leaves.
Between smokes, for flair and style, place the stick pin on the lapel of your suit jacket. Affix the stick pin on the left lapel, touching the outside edge of the buttonhole.
Stick pins by Cigar Sigs are produced in thematic series and have a limited number per issue, in this case, only 100 will be made each cardstock is numbered.
